Returns & Exchanges

If you're not fully satisfied, request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached.

How to Return/Exchange:

1. Email us at support@smowz.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. Our team will provide instructions.
3. Ship the item back (return shipping is on you unless defective or our mistake).
4. Refunds are processed within 2 days to your original payment method (shipping fees are non-refundable).
   

Defective Products/Errors:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We'll cover return shipping and offer a prompt refund or exchange.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 48-72 hours. You'll get a shipping confirmation email once shipped.

Shipping Options:

• Standard (Free): 5-8 days via PostShip
• Express (€15): 2-4 days via DHL
